To streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Each ticket submitted is assigned a unique reference number, which you can use to track progress and view responses online. A complete archive and history of your tickets is also maintained for your convenience.

  • Note: A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Submission Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

  • Schedule Documentation:
    Screenshots from FC View or Crewline are not accepted as valid proof of schedule violations. Please submit screenshots from FLiCA to support your claim.

  • Call Log Documentation:
    If your request involves a call with Crew Services, include screenshots of your call logs (to/from Crew Services). This helps expedite any necessary requests to retrieve call recordings.
